Ashley/City Furniture, Ordered 2 outdoor chairs in July 2023, was informed they were on back order and was ok with that. Chairs were delivered on August 29th and one was missing all the hardware for assembly so I submitted a claim as instructed and was originally told the parts would be delivered 10/31/23, then delayed until 11/30/23 and now it's January 2024 and still no hardware.
