Brown discharge on nexplanon

I got my implant fitted on the 8th of February 2022 and my last period was the 28th of February 2022. I have not had a period since then until yesterday 31/10/2023 - it started off as brown discharge but slowly started to look more like a period as now it’s red, is it normal for periods to return after not having one for so long with Implanon?

Answers. Maybe you don't know how your cycle works. Whether or not you have a period, its not going to make you ovulate. Periods often stop when you have the implant.
