its not showing any talk groups being decoded. I think i have 2 problems, I think only the FASTLANE app has the TDMA decoder and I think the RTL dongle i am using is out of calibration. As of now, it looks like only certain TGs like Police and Fire are being carried on both Stamford and CLMRN system, and the others are only being carried on the Stamford "Site". Stamford had a TON of TGs on the old system, and it seems that most of those won't be allowed to roam onto the CLMRN...
