May 20, 2014 · It's a 2003 accord with v6 engine auto with 185000 miles. It makes noises pretty randomly but seems worse after driving for at least a few miles. We turned the wheel with hood up to check power steering with no problems. My husband revved the engine with the hood up and then it quit. Cold start normally doesn't make the noise.
