Jul 2, 2021 · The front edge of the "rear" piece (part #2) wedges under the rear wall of the magazine. Some can not get them off without breaking the extension... A few could not, without breaking it. I was able to get one off by inserting a blade under the rear wall of the mag and prying the rear piece out from under, then pull the 2 pieces apart.
