Litter robot buttons not working

The Popur is hands down the better product than the Litter Robot. I've only had it a couple weeks but smell hasn't been an issue, and the cats all took to it right away. The design is just fundamentally better. Holds more litter, is a normal box, waste drawer is much larger, smells much less.
