So I'm not sure it will help but it's worth reading PowerFlex® 755, Series A, Firmware Release 1.00X and F9 Faults Issue For firmware versions 1.009 and less, fault F9 (transistor overtemp) may occur when starting into large torques from zero speed in Sensorless Vector mode.

Powerflex 755 fault codes. The PowerFlex 755 has an onboard EtherNet/IP port, which is considered "DPI Port 13". The fault code number includes that port (13) along with the fault (035). A "Net Idle Fault" usually means that the packets being sent by the controller to the PowerFlex drive include a flag indicating that the connection is in Idle mode.
