When you go into ng+ you can fairly easily get 20-25 +9 weapons with only like an hour or less of grinding so you ...No. It's a dagger, so quite bad actually. Still fun to use overall. No, its not considered OP. My personal opinion? Used correctly, it is VERY capable of qualifying as top tier.
