Rubb. 2893 posts · Joined 2006. #7 · Dec 22, 2011. Sccy has just released, as of October 2010, the CPX-2, which only varies from the CPX-1 through its lack of safety levers and its redesigned polymer frame. This resolves a longtime complaint about the CPX-1 and the position of its safety levers.

Aug 28, 2019 · The SCCY CPX-3 doesn't have this problem. This handgun is very manageable, recoil wise. Its bigger frame absorbs that recoil well, and the fact that the frame is big enough to get a full combat grip only helps matters. Since it has a pinky extension on the double stack, 10 round magazines, I can even get my massive hands on it almost completely. Dec 23, 2021 · The fix is relatively simple. You mark the place where the back of the trigger hits the poly. Strip the receiver from the grip, and use a small hand gringer (aka Mr. Dremel with a fine paper sanding drum) to relieve the poly a bit, blending it to achieve a smooth surface and a nice appearance.
