We visited Yosemite valley for one day this June and that was more than enough (we are not big into crowds). The crowds in the valley were as bad as Disneyland. We did drive Tioga road and it was OK but not nearly as nice as Kings Canyon/Sequoia roads. That said you should spend at least one day in Yosemite, it is really pretty and very nice.
